REFUND POLICY
Excel academic works hard to ensure that the products provided are satisfactory. However, we understand that once in a while, a client might not be fully satisfied with the product bought. In case such a thing happens, you are assured of a refund, as long you comply with the refund policy:
Terms of service
This site provides you with digital information. This means that if you perhaps purchase the wrong product, you can ask for a full refund if you have not already fully downloaded the product. However, if the product has already been downloaded it would be difficult for you to get a refund. You should carefully check the product you are purchasing, especially the title to ensure that you do not get it wrong. If you purchase the wrong product, then you should immediately contact us for a refund before you download the product.
Abuse of return policy
Kindly note that refunds are only made if there is a valid reason. The support team might help you if you think that you do deserve a refund. Here are some cases where a refund is acceptable:
- If you purchase a product but you do not receive it on your end, you are allowed to ask for a refund.
- If you purchase the wrong product and you HAVE NOT downloaded it.
- If the product received is corrupted. Thus, cannot open.
- If the product received is missing some chapters.
You cannot ask for a refund if:
- You have downloaded the entire file
- If data shows that you have constantly asked for refunds from Excel Academic
- If you thought you were purchasing the actual text book.
How to receive a refund
If you need a refund, kindly go to our contact page and leave us a message or send us an email. The support team will take it upon themselves to verify whether your refund request is valid. If it is, then they will help you get your money back.
Kindly note:
Refund will be made using the mode previously used for payment.
A refund can take at most 14 days before you receive it on your end.
Abuse of refund policy
Excel Academic has a right to reject giving a refund if it has reasons that are not illegal. The site can also fail to give a refund if a client is proven to have abused the policy.
